About us

The family behind Meadowvale in Boston began their journey in the luxury bespoke property development and industrial construction before embarking on a new brand and identity in the luxury lodge and holiday park space.

Tom Conman - Non-executive director of Meadowvale Group

Tom brings over 20 years of sales and commercial experience at the senior level at two of the largest suppliers of luxury lodges and holiday homes within the industry. With his vast experience in the design & build of luxury lodges sold on holiday parks plus his experience in supporting the growth of many parks operators, Tom gives Meadowvale an unrivalled perspective of the industry and as well as assisting our customers with their journey he is responsible for the groups brand, identity, and commercial direction.

Sales and marketing – BLS consultancy

Headed up by Ben Nolan Stone, Ben is well-respected within the holiday park industry. Having started his career in the traditional property sector, he moved into the holiday sector over 10 years ago with names such as Hoburne, Waterside Holiday Group and Espalier Ventures. He was part of the SMT growing Aria resorts from startup to the fifth largest operator in the UK before joining EuroParcs as MD heading up their UK expansion. Ben and his handpicked specialist sales team have been assigned by The family to deliver the sales and customer Journey for Meadowvale Park.
